ok, i know it's already wednesday, but i just have to write about the weekend because it was so wonderful!!

friday - went to tracy to a church called SRCC (as chris says "something something christian church)..  and MAN, the worship was great (go jo and team!)  there was this guy who performed and was super talented on piano and sang like a pro.  then there was this girl who was also super talented on piano and could sing really well too!  dang, they must breed 'em differently in tracy.  brian and his friends met us there too...  yay!  what a great night.

then saturday- NISEI CAFE!!!  oh man....God totally worked everything out.  as we prepared for this, i was kind of stressed about the food and music and if everything would be timed ok, but God totally surpassed all my expectations.  the tables were so elegant, we served tea while they waited, talked with all the seniors, had "gentle" songs playing...it was beautiful.  then after lunch all the seniors and worship team members went to the front of the church and we had a little program.  i got to share a song that i wrote almost two years ago, but gosh, i almost didn't make it because i was hecka crying.  lol.  but it was just such a touching day and the seniors were SO appreciative.  we (younger generation) definately don't show our appreciation to the older generation enough.  they really have done so much for us..  ahh!  what a great day.

sunday- haha...well, maybe not so great.  the college group was suppose to go bike riding, but if you live in CA, you probably know it was raining like crazy.  but it was still nice to get together and chat a little.  then we got to separate and have a time with just ourselves and God (you can't go wrong with that).  so actually, it all turned out to be a real blessing.

yes, it was a wonderful weekend.  =)

right now i'm suppose to be writing an anthro paper on the future of human evolution.  it's so absurd tho!!  man...so supposedly in like a million years, males are gonna look like females and everybody is gonna be hairless.  we're gonna be really small in stature and have rabbit-like characteristics...of course this is only after we kill almost everything and cause the mass extinctions of all larger animals.  insects will be the main thing that's left and they're gonna be HUGE. gosh, what a thing to look forward to!

i'm so glad that's not really gonna happen...
if for no other reason...
i can't stand snails.

PLAN OF ATTACK FOR THIS PAPER:
1.  make an observation:
um... any males, do you notice something different?
1. collect data:
       read everybody's xanga.
(hey, ya never know...someone could be posting about the same topic.)
2. analyze the information:
stall until i can stall no longer
3. create hypothesis:
we must kill all snails possible.  (jk!!)
